Who Need Help
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION

Child safety standards

Who Need Help is an adults-only service. We prohibit using Who Need Help to create, request, store, share, link to, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every account, request, activity, profile, message, and external link on the service.

Prohibited conduct and content

Who Need Help prohibits CSAM and any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes grooming, sextortion, sexualization of a minor, trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation, soliciting sexual contact with a child, and helping another person find, exchange, or conceal such material or conduct.

How to report

Use the in-app report control on the relevant request, activity, or chat message. For a profile or other content without a report control, use the public content-removal form and select Sexual material involving a minor. A report in this category may be submitted without contact details.

Do not upload, reproduce, download, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Provide only the minimum information and exact in-service URL needed to locate it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

How Who Need Help responds

Child-safety reports enter an urgent restricted review queue. Who Need Help may restrict access, remove or disable content, suspend accounts, preserve the minimum information needed for investigation, and cooperate with lawful requests. After obtaining actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM, the operator reports it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when required by applicable law.

Reports are reviewed by authorised staff. Automated signals may prioritize a case but are not treated as proof by themselves. A report does not replace contacting emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Child-safety contact

Child-safety reports are routed through the protected support and content-removal queues. Google Play, authorities, and users can contact the operator through the support form. Open the support form .

Scope and updates

These standards supplement the Terms of Service and Safety Rules. They apply even though Who Need Help is limited to adults and currently does not provide user media uploads. The standards will be updated if product capabilities, reporting duties, or applicable law change.
